Taliban Rule Book in Pashto

Sami Yousufzai and Ron Moreau brought to light the Taliban Rule Book earlier this month, and a full translation is now available on the Newsweek site. For those who read Pashto, these photographs show the original pages. Click to enlarge.

Since I speak English, I don't understand it. Is Pashto the same with Arabic language?? What does the rule talk about?? When I check it in the Newsweek site, I cannot find anything...Hope the rule is good for human being......

Hi Alex, I think Pashto is a lil bit different from Arabic. This language is used by Pashtun people in some parts of Afghan and Pakistan. So I think it must have some differences from the Arabic used by Arabian people.

I am Pukhtun an I read this book. this book is written for Taliban who follow Mullah Omeer. this rule and law only apply on Taliban's.
